Lauren is experienced in handling a diverse range of both Commercial and Residential Property matters. Her expertise spans freehold and leasehold transactions, including purchases, sales, remortgages and leases.
Lauren originally joined Girlings in 2016, having graduated in Law with Criminology from Canterbury Christ Church University. Over the next five years, Lauren worked as a legal secretary in both the Residential and Commercial Property Departments, alongside completing the Legal Practice Course (LPC) with Joint Master’s Award (LLM) part-time at the University of Law, Bloomsbury.
In 2021, having achieved a commendation for her LPC, Lauren joined our Wills, Tax & Estate Administration team as a Paralegal. She then began her Training Contract in March 2022; successfully completing seats in Dispute Resolution, Employment Law, Commercial Property and Residential Property.
This blend of experience, which specifically relates to Commercial and Residential Property but also draws upon her work across the Firm, is matched by Lauren’s approachability and strong commitment to providing an efficient and stress-free service to clients.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys watching live music and seeing friends and family.
