She has also worked for a boutique firm of solicitors in London where she gained experience dealing with mortgages from more unusual lenders such as the Bank of China and the Bank of East Asia.
Shehaam qualified as a licensed conveyancer in January 2018. She has a LLB (Hons) Business Law degree from Bournemouth University and completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Guildford.
Knowing that the buying and selling process can be a stressful experience, Shehaam likes to keep clients updated throughout the conveyancing transaction. She is always pleased to speak to clients to resolve any issues and put their mind to rest.
Her experience includes purchase of a Grade II listed chapel with planning permission to convert it into a single dwelling and with a management plan for Japanese Knotweed.
