Macauley qualified into our Residential Property team on 1 March 2022 and is based in our Canterbury Office.

He graduated from the University of Kent in 2017 with an upper second class degree in Law. Following this, he studied the LPC at the University of Law in Bloomsbury and graduated in 2018 with a commendation. During this time he gained experience in dealing with a variety of freehold and leasehold transactions, including purchases, sales, remortgages and transfers of equity.

In his second seat in Dispute Resolution, Macauley has enjoyed getting involved in all manner of cases, particularly boundary disputes and contentious probate claims.

Macauley's third seat was in Commercial Property, based in the Ashford office and he qualified in March 2022.
