Senior Associate Solicitor, Sophie Robins was recently instructed to act on a £2m restructure and refinancing of national recruitment company’s property portfolio. This involved 7 properties, some of which were located in central London and some nationally. The transaction included re-structuring the leasehold portfolio to meet the lender’s conditions prior to the refinancing and dealing with a number of complex security documents.
