Chris has over 25 years of post qualification experience in residential conveyancing. He feels that in property transactions it is essential to have a clear focussed and objective driven approach to enable the exchange of contracts at the earliest opportunity. To him conveyancing is a process underpinned by effective communication.
Chris feels privileged to have had a broad base to his practice experience which he can draw upon to promote more successful and secure transactions. He believes in a straight forward and confident approach.
Chris Studied law at both the University College of Wales and Chester Law College, qualifying as a solicitor in 1997 with a law firm based in Liverpool City Centre. He spent many years practicing in Oxfordshire and Berkshire either in senior legal roles or as a partner before moving recently to Kent, an area which he greatly loves. His earlier legal life was spent in general practice undertaking a wide variety of property matters, including domestic and commercial conveyancing, planning, environmental law, litigation and probate/wills/powers of attorney.
Chris is based at our Canterbury office.
