Jeremy is a Legal 500 Recommended Lawyer. He has extensive experience in both commercial and residential property matters and has acted on a wide range of different types of transactions throughout his career such as the purchase and development of commercial estates, overage and conditional purchase agreements and property secured finance.
Recent transactions include the acquisition of new premises for a major national demolition company and a large high-end development of residential property for a local property developer.
Jeremy graduated from the University of Buckingham with a degree in law and is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales and Kent Law Society. He was admitted as a solicitor in 1988 and started his career as a Commercial Property Solicitor at the London law firm Lawrence Jones. He joined Girlings in 2005 and became head of department in 2013.
