Julie has over 16 years' experience in residential property. She joined Girlings in 2005, starting in Commercial Property in Canterbury and transferred to Residential Property three years later. Julie is a qualified FCILEx (Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives).
In December 2014 she moved to our Ashford office to join the expanding Residential Conveyancing team and became a key member of the team liaising throughout the conveyancing process with clients, other solicitors, estate agents and lenders. In October 2016 she moved to our Herne Bay office.
Julie offers a personal and pro-active conveyancing service and has been highly commended by many of her clients for the friendly and efficient services she provides.
In her spare time Julie enjoys dog walking, good food, reading and music as well as socialising with her family and friends.
