Beth’s extensive experience includes dealing with complex freehold and leasehold development schemes covering both commercial and residential property.
Beth has advised on, and successfully completed, the site assembly of a residential development of 170 units to a strict deadline - including negotiating estate documents and registering a rent charge. She also worked on an off-plan residential apartment block from site assembly stage all the way through to the handover of the management company and disposal of the freehold of the building.
Beth takes the time to understand her clients’ needs and objectives, working closely with them and regularly attending their developments. She also understands how important building a strong local reputation is for her clients, and echoes this sentiment in her relationships, combining a consistent and efficient service with strong commercial awareness.
Having undertaken her studies alongside developing her practical experience, Beth qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive and Fellow of CILEx in 2023.
