Resolution First For Family Law
We focus on negotiation and agreement to resolve family disputes quickly and sympathetically, particularly where children are involved. Whenever possible, we attempt to reach a satisfactory resolution without having to go to court, this may involve working with a family mediation service or with our collaborative family lawyer. If court is the only way forward then our dedicated team of family lawyers have the experience to support and advise you throughout.
Our Family Law team are all members of Resolution, an organisation of family law professionals committed to helping their clients reach a fair solution, quickly and cost effectively. Resolution members are family lawyers who follow a Code of Practice that promotes a non-confrontational approach to family problems.
