Thomas has experience in a variety of residential and commercial property transactions, including purchases, sales, refinances, leases, grants of easement and adverse possession claims. He combines professionalism with an affable, down-to-earth approach to work collaboratively with all parties and to ensure clients understand the sometimes-complicated legal processes and language.
Following his university studies, Thomas joined Girlings in 2020 as a paralegal in our Commercial Property department, before starting his training contract in 2021. Over the course of his training, Thomas spent time in a variety of departments including Residential Property and Commercial Property. Thomas qualified as a solicitor in September 2023.
Outside of work, Thomas enjoys running, playing music and spending time with friends and family.
