Thomas has experience in a variety of commercial and residential property transactions, including purchases, sales, refinances, leases, grants of easement and adverse possession claims. He combines professionalism with an affable, down-to-earth approach to work collaboratively with all parties and to ensure clients understand the sometimes-complicated legal processes and language.
Thomas graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2019 with an upper second-class degree in Law. He then studied the LLM LPC at BPP University in Holborn and graduated in 2020 with a distinction.
Following his studies, Thomas joined Girlings in 2020 as a paralegal in our Commercial Property department, before starting his training contract in 2021. Over the course of his training, Thomas spent time in our Residential Property, Employment, Personal Injury & Medical Negligence, Private Client and Commercial Property departments. Thomas qualified as a solicitor in September 2023.
