Gemma specialises in the acquisition and disposal of property across the South of England, and has considerable experience dealing with country houses and properties on private estates.
Gemma loves the fast paced nature of the property world and the relationships it enables her to build with clients and work providers alike. She offers a service tailored to her clients’ needs and wishes. Her emphasis is to progress matters as efficiently as possible and to provide clarity and regular updates to her clients (and work referrers) throughout the conveyancing transaction – the aim being to make that process as stress-free as possible for them. Many of her instructions come from friends or families of her clients who happily recommend her, citing her communication skills, hands-on approach, friendly manner and determination to achieve the best outcome.

Gemma qualified as a solicitor in 2011 and is a member of the Law Society, Conveyancing Quality Scheme and Women in Law. She obtained her LLB (Hons) from the University of Kent, before going on to complete her LPC at the College of Law, Guildford.
