Girlings Solicitors Advise on Management Buyout of Choose Leisure
News

Caroline Armitage and Elesha Bradford from Girlings Solicitors have recently advised long-standing clients, Jenny and Paul Santos, on the management buyout of their motorhome dealership business.

Founded in 2008, Choose Leisure has been bought out by the existing management team, enabling Paul and Jenny to step away from the day-to-day management of the business.

The transaction involved the drafting of complex documents to ensure Jenny and Paul’s interests were protected, together with careful tailoring of the company’s new constitutional framework to fit the needs of all parties involved in the transaction.

Solicitor Elesha Bradford said: “It was a privilege to advise Jenny and Paul on this transaction. It’s always rewarding to work with clients who are so dedicated to their business, and I am delighted to have been part of their journey. The management buyout not only marks a new chapter for the company, but also reflects the commitment of all parties to its continued success”.

In a similar vein, happy clients Paul and Jenny Santos said: “The team at Girlings, across corporate, property and employment helped us to eventually complete the deal… We would not hesitate to recommend their expertise and understanding to anyone else going through a business sale."

If you would like to discuss a possible management buyout or any other Corporate and Commercial Law matter, please contact Elesha or Caroline.
