Rebecca studied law at the University of Kent and the Legal Practice Course at BPP University in Holborn. Rebecca carried out her training contract in a Kent law firm and very quickly realised her passion for property law in her first seat, devoting much of her training to the area before qualifying as a property solicitor in 2020.
Rebecca advises on a broad range of commercial property transactions including commercial leases, buying and selling commercial and mixed-use property, secured lending, and agricultural property matters. Rebecca has experience advising corporate occupiers, landlords with large property portfolios, investors, SIPP providers and lenders.
Rebecca particularly enjoys advising on landlord and tenant matters and has acted in several high value lettings of premises across the office, industrial, retail and leisure sectors. Having now worked at several law firms in Kent, Rebecca equally enjoys advising clients buying or selling agricultural and rural property and working to resolve the complex issues which can arise in these transactions.
Rebecca takes pride in her efficiency and diligence. She recognises that maintaining regular communication and being readily available to her clients are essential for a quick and smooth transaction.
Rebecca considers herself lucky to call the historic city of Canterbury home and enjoys spending her free time exploring the diverse shops, restaurants and cafés the city has to offer with her family and friends.
