Sarah graduated with an LLB Honours degree in Law from Bournemouth University in 2020. She subsequently attended the University of Law where she completed the Legal Practice Course whilst obtaining a Masters of Law in 2021, achieving a Distinction.
Sarah trained and qualified at a regional firm before joining Girlings, having acquired significant experience in many different practice areas. She particularly enjoyed Corporate and Commercial Law with its focus on advising and assisting clients to achieve their business requirements.
Sarah has experience in share acquisitions and disposals, articles of association, shareholders’ agreements, directors’ duties, terms and conditions of supply/purchase and business formation and incorporation.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys travelling, socialising with friends and going to the gym.
