Lee worked in a specialist litigation firm in the City while he completed his training where he gained a solid experience dealing with all aspects of litigation procedure.
He qualified as a Fellow of CILEx in May 2014, and worked in our litigation team for 18 months before gaining further experience in two firms in Kent, before returning to Girlings in May 2022.
Lee is an experienced litigator dealing with matters from the point of pre action, through to trial and beyond. He has extensive experience working on a diverse range of commercial litigation matters including commercial/residential landlord and tenant matters, general property litigation and all other types of general commercial/contract disputes. Lee also has vast experience in contentious probate/trust matters as well as disputed TOLATA claims and can advise the various forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
Lee has experience of settling matters through various forms of ADR as and when required and has a keen eye to look after client’s commercial interests when advising and working with them on their matters.
In his spare time, Lee is a very keen runner and takes part in various races across the South-East including ultra-marathons and trail runs.
