Clare has experience in a wide variety of commercial and residential property transactions including purchases, sales, acting for landlords and tenants in commercial leases and refinances.
Clare prioritises understanding the needs and concerns of her clients, enabling her to identify clear goals and work collaboratively towards the best possible outcome. Clare appreciates that this approach provides a high degree of reassurance, as well as promoting mutual trust and enduring client relationships.
Clare graduated from the University of Kent in 2012 with an upper second-class degree in Law. She then spent some time working in law firms in London as a paralegal, before studying the Legal Practice Course at BPP University in London, graduating in 2017 with a distinction.
Clare then moved back to Canterbury in 2021 to join Girlings as a secretary in the Commercial Property department, becoming a paralegal later that year and starting her training contract in 2022. She completed seats in Commercial Property, Dispute Resolution and Wills, Tax & Estate Administration, before returning to Commercial Property.
