This complex transaction, led by Partner David Redgate, involved the multi million pound sale of farm land on behalf of a family trust which consisted of more than 10 titles of land. The transfer granted rights over retained land including a private road, reserved rights for services to cross the property, imposed covenants and obligations. It also included an overage so that the trust could benefit in the rise in value of the land if planning permission is obtained in the future.
