Anna graduated with a First-Class Honours degree in Ancient & Medieval History from the University of Birmingham in 2009. During her time at university, she acted as the Musical Director for several student theatrical productions and after graduating she spent a decade in London forging a career in the music and creative industries.
In 2020, Anna embarked on a career change and began her legal career working for Girlings Solicitors in the Family Department. She simultaneously studied for her law degree part time while working full time at the Firm. Anna completed her Graduate Diploma in Law with a Commendation in 2021 from BPP University and then proceeded to complete the Legal Practice Course with The University of Law, graduating with Distinction in 2023.
Anna began her training contract with Girlings in March 2024, gaining experience in the Dispute Resolution, Wills, Tax & Estate Administration, and Family Law departments. Anna qualified into the Family Law department as a Solicitor in March 2026.
Anna represents clients in divorce and financial proceedings, private children matters, and family law disputes.
Anna is a member of Resolution, adhering to its Code of Practice which promotes a constructive and family-focused approach to resolving disputes.
