Louise specialises in all aspects relating to Wills, probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Declarations of Trust. Louise is the chair of Faversham and Sittingbourne Age UK.

Louise obtained an LLB degree in law from the University of Greenwich and was awarded a commendation upon completing the Legal Practice Course at the Inns of Law School of Law. Completing her training contact, Louise qualified as a solicitor in November 2005. Following a highly successful career within the Legal Aid arena advising on Criminal, Family and Landlord & Tenant Law – with two reported cases in the Legal Action Group Journal; 2007/2008 editions, Benson v Lewisham LBC and Mangion v Lewisham LBC [2008] EWCA Civ 1353 – Louise made the decision to focus solely on Private Client areas of law.

Within the Private Client area, Louise has gained a vast amount of experience in the following areas:

  • Advising on Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax planning, tax mitigation and estate planning

  • Work involving the Court of Protection – Deputy appointments and capacity issues
  • Lifetime gift planning,

Louise has a reputation for being an approachable and considerate solicitor and has been highly recommended on social media sites such as NetMums by previous clients.

Louise is also the Chair of the Board of Trustees of Age UK Faversham and Sittingbourne.

Away from the office Louise enjoys watching all types of sports, is a keen walker and in particular enjoys walking the many lovely coastal paths in Kent with family, friends and her two dogs.
