Sarah qualified as a solicitor in 1994 and initially practised in the litigation field. After a spell teaching music in two of Kent’s leading independent schools whilst her children were at school, Sarah returned to legal practice, specialising in Private Client work.
Sarah’s friendly, empathetic and practical approach is appreciated by her clients, particularly following a bereavement. She specialises in the administration of estates and the preparation of wills and lasting powers of attorney. She also deals with the registration of enduring powers of attorney and the preparation of declarations of trust and deeds of variation.
Sarah obtained a distinction in the STEP Certificate in Trusts and Estates examination in 2022, and became an Affiliate Member in 2023.
Sarah plays the piano and organ and is an experienced choral conductor. She loves spending time in Suffolk and Cornwall but her heart belongs in Kent, where she enjoys playing an active role in the local community.
