Girlings Solicitors is delighted to have raised £6000 as a result of their participation in Pilgrims Hospices Will Writing Month in February this year.
Girlings has been involved in the appeal since it first launched three years ago. During the month of February ten solicitor firms across East Kent kindly donated their time and expertise to write Wills in return for a donation to Pilgrims Hospices. The scheme has been a tremendous success raising in excess of £10,000 which will be used directly to care for local patients and their families
Sara Scriven, Individual Giving Manager at Pilgrims Hospices said, “Our Will Writing Month has been incredibly popular this year with appointments being booked up very quickly. This scheme is all about the local community supporting the local community. We are enormously grateful to Girlings Solicitors for donating so much of their time to write people's Wills.”
