With strong Kent connections - she is a past student of Chatham Grammar School for Girls - Caroline went on to study law at Selwyn College, Cambridge. She now has over 25 years’ experience as a Corporate Lawyer and Commercial Solicitor. Caroline was a partner at previous firms Thomas Eggar, asb law and Burstows.
She specialises in helping organisations and business owners achieve their strategic goals through business change, succession planning, mergers, acquisitions, disposals, restructuring and joint venture structuring, including cross border. She has dealt with charity mergers, trustee disputes and Charity Commission issues.
She also advises on succession management and commercial contracts. Specialist sector experience includes charity, manufacturing, insurance, print, travel and aviation.

She is currently Chair of Raven Housing Trust which provides social housing in Surrey and Sussex.
