Girlings Solicitors is delighted to be a key partner and sponsor the inaugural Canterbury Wine Festival which brings together wine producers – large and small – from across the county. This celebration of English wine is a great opportunity for us all to support the growing significance and success of the Kent wine industry. We encourage you to come along to the Festival to taste for yourself why Kent’s award-winning wines have become so popular both in the UK and abroad.
The Westgate Community Trust and Clive Barlow, Master of Wine based at the Goods Shed are working together to launch the inaugural festival which begins on Friday, 21 June. Oz Clarke, one of the world's leading wine experts will also be in attendance. Kent's wine-growing industry is growing exponentially and is a UK leader. As a World Heritage Site and major tourist destination, Canterbury is the natural location to celebrate this tradition for local wine growing.
