News

Girlings sister company, Girlings Personal Injury Claims (GPIC), one of Kent’s fastest growing personal Injury and medical negligence specialists, are celebrating their move to new offices at Newingate House in Canterbury.

Associate Directors, Brian Cowell and Clare Milne, and Managing Director Jonathan Pidduck celebrate the move.

GPIC Managing Director, Jonathan Pidduck said, ‘Our move to Newingate House will enable us to expand our team further so that we can help even more people get the compensation they deserve. Our qualified solicitors are all experts in their field and we deal exclusively with injury or medical negligence claims – nothing else. We operate on a ‘no win no fee’ basis and have helped hundreds of people throughout Kent claim compensation for injuries sustained in accidents or as a result of medical negligence.’

The personal injury team deals with a wide range of claims which include accidents causing head/brain injury, road traffic accidents, accidents at work, slips and trips, product liability and fatal accidents.

The company’s clinical negligence team headed up by Associate Director, Clare Milne is one of the largest and most experienced teams in Kent. Over the last five years the rapidly expanding team has gained a reputation for winning complex medical negligence case against hospitals, doctors, plastic surgeons and dentists.

Both GPIC’s personal injury and clinical negligence teams encourage people to contact them for a free consultation or drop in to see them at their new premises at Newingate House, 16-17 Lower Bridge Street, Canterbury, CT1 2LG.
