I recently had an employment matter that Will Chrusciel dealt with. I have been so impressed with the service I received. Will was very knowledgeable, professional and also very understanding and supportive during a very difficult time for me. His guidance was extremely valuable managing expectations at the same time being appropriately tough on the opposition whilst keeping costs down. I am very happy with my experience and will recommend Girlings, especially Will, to friends and family who might need the legal support.
Mr M
I made contact Girling's solicitors along with a number of other solicitors when I received the dreadful news of my pending redundancy after 27 years of service with my employer. William (Will) directly returned my initial telephone enquiry which I thought was nice (other companies used secretaries etc. to make the first contact and then promptly they would issue their T&C's before would discussed the situation any further).
Mr B
Will immediately eased my stress and gave me the confidence that he was more than capable of helping me through the situation. Probably like many other redundancies my situation was not straightforward as it required a large degree of negotiation. Will was always available when I needed guidance or support and he would openly direct me to undertake negotiations with his guidance if he thought it was better coming from myself. The end result was the final settlement was almost doubled and the separation was very amicable.
Mr B (continued)
Will handled my employment matter very efficiently demonstrating high levels of knowledge, professionalism and competence. He was very easy to get on with and it was great to deal with someone with such a friendly disposition. Will was very thorough throughout the whole process and kept me well informed and updated as the matter progressed to a successful conclusion. In summary, Will was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend him without reservation of any kind.
Employee Client
I was made to feel very confident and well looked after and never had to chase for updates. Many thanks for such care and consideration.

William, thank you so much for your excellent service in relation to my recent employment Settlement Agreement. I was impressed and reassured by the thorough approach and attention to detail you showed throughout. Having reviewed the original offer proposed by my former employer you explained this to me carefully, ensuring I understood the implications of each section and individual clause. You also highlighted aspects that you felt might be improved upon and assisted me in negotiations concerning these. The final Agreement arrived at was significantly better from my perspective as a result, not only financially but in a range of other aspects and the advice and assistance you provided was pivotal in achieving this.
Mr C
Really pleased with Wills assistance on my case. A super quick turnaround with clarity, guidance and support on hand though the whole process. Definitely recommend!
