Vicky is an accomplished Private Client and Court of Protection Solicitor. She now joins us to manage our Court of Protection Team which exists to protect and act for vulnerable clients who have lost capacity to manage their own affairs.
Vicky studied Law at the University of Brighton and then the University of Law, leading to her qualification and admission to the Roll of Solicitors in 2017.
Alongside her legal achievements, Vicky is a qualified teacher, specialising in Special Educational Needs, and is also a Special Educational Needs and Disability mediator.
The combination of her legal, teaching and SEND mediator experience enables Vicky to bring a unique set of skills and experience to Court of Protection work and acting in the best interests of clients, who, for a variety of reasons, lack the capacity to manage their own affairs.
Vicky has also worked as an accredited Mental Health lawyer, representing clients who have been detained under the Mental Health Act and those held in the prison system.
Outside of the office, Vicky relaxes by walking her dog in the countryside.
