Josh has been qualified for over fifteen years. He arrived at Girlings with extensive, Partner-level experience covering the full breadth and depth of Private Client matters, including Wills, Probate, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, Charity Law, and international succession.
With expertise gained at other Legal 500-ranked regional law firms, Josh also offers a deep understanding of Kentish clients, experience of complex and high value matters, and accredited practitioner status from the prestigious Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
Josh has also previously worked with HMRC in their Prosecutions office, dealing with cases involving tax fraud, money laundering, and drug smuggling.
While Josh obtained his Law Degree from the University of West England, his local connections stretch from schooldays in Folkestone to his current home in Whitstable, where he lives his wife, three children, and Hugo - a very vocal miniature schnauzer!
