James has experience in a broad range of Commercial Property transactions, including asset acquisition and disposal, option agreements, leases, refinances, grant of easements and overage provisions.
James graduated from Canterbury Christ Church University in 2018 with a first class honours degree in Law (LLB). He then studied the Legal Practice Course (LPC) with the Joint Master’s Award (LLM) at BPP University in Bristol and graduated in 2019 with a distinction.
Upon completion of his studies, James began his legal career at another Kent-based firm as a Paralegal in the Commercial Property team. He then began his Training Contract in May 2021 and qualified as a solicitor into the Commercial Property team in November 2022.
