Geena studied Law at the University of Exeter, and then undertook the LPC at the College of Law in Bloomsbury alongside her training contract. She qualified into a London firm in 2004, working for clients in the insurance industry.

Geena’s extensive experience includes dealing with high value subrogated property disputes, and professional indemnity, defending claims against property professionals including solicitors, surveyors, and architects.

Geena is equally experienced acting for claimants and defendants on a broad spectrum of matters. Geena acts for individuals, businesses and other organisations.

Whether acting for a claimant or defendant, Geena will work hard to obtain the most favourable outcome and quickly as possible – always seeking to save you time, costs and worry. Whether that is with robust pre action correspondence, advising as to the best Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) options, including Part 36 offers or representing you at mediations, and where settlement is not possible and the prospects merit it, through to trial.

Following a relocation to East Kent, Geena also worked for another local firm specialising in property disputes and contentious probate.

Geena fell in love with the Kent coast after a trip to visit the Turner Contemporary in Margate, and now enjoys long walks on the many beautiful beaches with her family and their two dogs.
