Will Chrusciel

Assistant Solicitor

What My Clients Have Said

I recently had an employment matter that Will Chrusciel dealt with. I have been so impressed with the service I received. Will was very knowledgeable, professional and also very understanding and supportive during a very difficult time for me. His guidance was extremely valuable managing expectations at the same time being appropriately tough on the opposition whilst keeping costs down. I am very happy with my experience and will recommend Girlings, especially Will, to friends and family who might need the legal support. Mr M

Will handled my employment matter very efficiently demonstrating high levels of knowledge, professionalism and competence. He was very easy to get on with with and it was great to deal with someone with such a friendly disposition. Will was very thorough throughout the whole process and kept me well informed and updated as the matter progressed to a successful conclusion. In summary, Will was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend him without reservation of any kind. Employee Client

I made contact with Girling's solicitors along with a number of other solicitors when I received the dreadful news of my pending redundancy after 27 years of service with my employer. William (Will) directly returned my initial telephone enquiry which I thought was nice (other companies used secretaries etc. to make the first contact and then promptly they would issue their T&C's before they discussed the situation any further). Mr B

Will immediately eased my stress and gave me the confidence that he was more than capable of helping me through the situation. Probably like many other redundancies my situation was not straightforward as it required a large degree of negotiation. Will was always available when I needed guidance or support and he would openly direct me to undertake negotiations with his guidance if he thought it was better coming from myself. The end result was the final settlement was almost doubled and the separation was very amicable. Mr B (continued)

My initial phone call with David provided me with the confidence to engage your team's services and the appointment of Mr. Will Chrusciel was both welcomed and reassuring. Will has been the most incredible solicitor throughout the 3 months he was handling my case, he was dedicated, approachable, caring and regularly went above and beyond for me which meant so much given how stressful the situation was. I completely trusted him every step of the way and his unwavering transparency and openness only reiterated how fantastic he was/is at his job. Ms D

Will takes the time to explain the intricacies and complexities of the law and is always happy to have a phone call or send an email to clarify, explain and answer any questions you may have. He is a credit to Girlings Solicitors and should be held in the highest esteem; he is an absolute asset to the company and those that work with him.

I wouldn't hesitate to contact Will again should I need any future guidance and I can't recommend his expertise enough. Ms D (continued)
