As an experienced family lawyer and trained Collaborative Lawyer, Sarah can offer her clients the option of achieving a settlement through collaboration to avoid stressful court proceedings. With collaborative family law there is a shared commitment to avoid court proceedings – a series of round table meetings are held where each person appoints a collaboratively trained family lawyer. At these face to face meetings the key is to find a solution that meets the needs of the family avoiding the conflict (and added cost) that the court process can bring.
In addition to heading up the Family Law team, outside of work Sarah is an active member of the Herne Bay Rotary Club. In July 2018, Sarah became the Vice President of the club.
Sarah also gives advice to members of the public seeking advice at the Kent Law Clinic and at the Citizens Advice Bureau
