You make a difficult situation as good as it can be. Ms Kerman

Thank you for all the support and encouragement you have offered me during my divorce. Your professionalism has been a constant that I have been able to lock onto throughout, and that professionalism has been exhibited not only by yourself but also by the other professionals you have recommended to me. All have reflected the high standards to which you conduct youself and I have never felt that I have had anything less than a top team behind me. Mr Brewer

As an experienced family lawyer and trained Collaborative Lawyer, Sarah can offer her clients the option of achieving a settlement through collaboration to avoid stressful court proceedings. With collaborative family law there is a shared commitment to avoid court proceedings – a series of round table meetings are held where each person appoints a collaboratively trained family lawyer. At these face to face meetings the key is to find a solution that meets the needs of the family avoiding the conflict (and added cost) that the court process can bring.

Sarah also gives advice to members of the public seeking advice at the Kent Law Clinic and at the Citizens Advice Bureau
