Paris studied her law degree at the University of Kent before going on study the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Guildford, which she completed with distinction. Paris initially joined Girlings in 2013 and was admitted to the roll of solicitors in March 2017.

Paris is based in the Ashford Office and mainly advises clients on:

  • Wills and Codicils
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney and the registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney
  • Administration of estates and applications for Grants of Representation
  • Declarations of Trust
  • Severingjoint tenancy on property

In addition to the above, Paris has also advised clients in the following areas:

  • Executors who wish to renounce their role
  • Estates in which the deceased died without having made a Will
  • Inheritance Tax planning
  • Post death variations

Paris is happy to accommodate individual client needs and regularly visits clients outside of the office, whether they are in hospital or simply unable to leave their homes.  She is a Dementia Friend  and plays an active role in firm led charity projects, including drafting Wills under the Cancer Research UK Will scheme, the Pilgrims Hospices Will scheme and the Stroke Association Will scheme.

Locally, Paris is a Trustee for the Ashford Borough Citizens Advice and assists in setting the overall direction of the charity and supporting the charity’s development.
