Nathan Dady

Trainee Solicitor

What My Clients Have Said

Mr Dady and Mr Mallinson are very punctual in their work, although the process of completing my legal matter in question took a few months they were always available and responded promptly to requests and queries. I would highly recommend them if one is in need of legal advice or services. They are very professional gentlemen and are very much worth every penny you might spend on their work.

I've had the absolute pleasure of having Chris Dewhurst as my solicitor for the purchase of a property. Along with his fantastic colleague Nathan Dady, they have both managed to achieve the impossible by getting me over the finish line for completion in a record breaking 7 weeks. They have gone above and beyond their call of duty. Liv Davidson

The speed and expertise by which they actioned the purchase was mind blowing. They were always available, always very forthright and honest with any queries and overall such a fantastic team. Chris's assistant Debbie was always on hand as well, with a lightening fast response time  and always able to answer any questions that I had. I honestly could not recommend both a solicitor and firm highly enough. Outstanding value for money. I am forever grateful that I came across Girlings Solicitors. Liv Davidson (continued)

Nathan started his Training Contract with Girlings in March 2020 and is now in his second seat working with the Residential Property team in our Canterbury office.

Joining Girlings in June 2019, Nathan worked first as a Paralegal in our Corporate and Commercial team gaining experience in share and business acquisitions and disposals, business formation and incorporation, share buybacks, shareholders’ agreements and articles of association, and licence and franchise agreements.

His first seat as a Trainee Solicitor  was with the Dispute Resolution team based in our Ashford office.

In 2014, Nathan graduated from the University of Kent with a 2:1 degree in Law.  Whilst at University, Nathan participated in mooting and mediation competitions and he was a committee member of the Kent Law Clinic where he took part in initial client interviews and assisted with client matters in property and employment law.  In 2016 he went on to study the Legal Practice Course (LPC) part time at BBP Law School, graduating in 2018 with a Commendation.  During his time at BPP, Nathan was a first-year class representative and went on to become the co-founder and Vice President of a Clay Shooting Society.

After graduating the LPC, Nathan was working as an in-house Paralegal for a large construction company where he had exposure to a wide array of legal issues.  His work at this company developed his knowledge of commercial contracts and employment arrangements and confirmed his enthusiasm for helping others to achieve their strategic goals.

Prior to starting his career in law, Nathan worked for several years as a Consultant within the luxury jewellery and watch industry and was invited to take on the role as Cartier ambassador.  His knowledge and expertise within the sector secured him a client base which included local celebrities.

Nathan is passionate about the promotion and increase of equality and diversity in the legal profession and is committed to raising awareness of entry barriers faced by LGBTQ+ individuals in law.

Outside of the workplace, Nathan enjoys socialising with friends, taking countryside walks and playing golf.
