Marina has acted for Banks, Lenders, LPA Receivers, portfolio landlords, property management companies, estate agents, letting agents and private individuals on both contentious and non-contentious matters and is based in the Ashford Office
These matters consist of unsecured borrower recovery and defended claims, residential landlord and tenant advice with specific focus on assured shorthold tenancies, company lettings and instructions relating to Housing Act 1988, 1996 and Rent Act 1977, disrepair claims, all monies claim, Service Charge recovery and squatters claims.
As well as providing sound legal advice, Marina is keen to achieve a commercial result for her client which benefits them in a cost effective manner. Marina has successfully obtained consistent good results for her clients by recovering large sums of money and obtaining possession on difficult evictions.

Marina actively takes part in charity runs and to date has took part in Cancer Research Run, Pretty Muddy, London Legal Walk, Snowdon Charity Challenge and 26 miles St. Basils Walk.
Marina is a keen writer and has previously provided regular updates via newsletters, bulletins, and blogs on seasonal topics for client circulation. She was shortlisted to the BARBRI International Cyber Crime Blogging Prize Competition for her blog “It’s time to take the power away from cyber criminals”.
She is a member of Amnesty International and Association of Certified Financial Crime Specialists.
