Louise is based in our Herne Bay Office.  She is an experienced conveyancer and deals with a wide range of residential properties including those with unique features as well as listed dwellings, Kentish Oast houses and former religious building.

Louise qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx) in 2008 specialising in land law and domestic conveyancing.

Her career in conveyancing started in 1992 at Ian Burrow and Co Solicitors which merged with Girlings solicitors in 2006. During this time she has built up an excellent working relationship with local estate agents acting on transactions throughout Kent.

She also has experience advising on properties across England and acts for clients during the conveyancing process on area-specific additional searches that may be required.

Girlings holds the Law Society's Conveyancing Quality Scheme, a recognised quality mark in residential conveyancing and Louise is responsible for providing the statistics required for each annual renewal. She is also part of Girlings’ IT support team with responsibility for the conveyancing case management system and provides relevant training to colleagues.
