What My Clients Have Said

I have been using the excellent services of Gemma Bath since 2011 and will continue to do in any future related sales. Gemma is professional, very pro active and her customer service is second to none. Wish there were more like her. I would certainly recommend her. Kim Metcalf

Gemma successfully handled the sale of our London property and purchase of a flat in Hastings. The transactions should have been relatively straightforward but both the buyer's and vendor's solicitors made them unnecessarily complicated. When at times we felt stressed or anxious Gemma was always helpful and reassuring, and was calm and efficient throughout the entire process. Jonathan White

Gemma is always professional, approachable, thorough and generous with excellent advice. When you haven't moved location in 24yrs, as I hadn't, you need someone you are confident has all the necessary experience and skills as well as being such a lovely person. If I need any future legal advice, I will definitely contact Gemma. Sue Cooke

We have employed Gemma on two occasions. Both times she was thorough, had good attention to detail, and was very professional. This provided reassurance for all of us and we felt we were in very capable hands. Gemma is also a very pleasant person, friendly and helpful and gave us all the time necessary during meetings to reassure us that all matters were in hand. We would have no hesitation in recommending Gemma’s work and hope  to employ her again in the future. Peter & June Collins
