In March 2016 Emma moved into private practice beginning as a paralegal within Girlings’ Commercial Property team.  As a paralegal Emma has assisted with a broad range of property matters including conveyancing and lease extensions as well as bridging finance and commercial mortgages.

Emma started her Training Contract at Girlings in September 2016.  Her first seat was with our Family Law team based in Herne Bay.   Emma gained experience dealing with divorce proceedings and separation as well as children law including child arrangements.

Emma then completed her second seat with the Private Client team based in our Canterbury office.  Her third seat is in Residential Property, also based in our Canterbury office.
