What My Clients Have Said

My wife and I have used the services of Girlings for a number of years in the conveyancing of property. We have been impressed by the efficiency of their work in responding to our queries, and particularly to their dedication to details of sometimes complex matters. We have appreciated their guidance and thoughts in responding to challenging issues and would recommend their services to others.

Aimee qualified as a Solicitor in October 2004 following completion of the Legal Practice Course at BBP Law School. She finished her training in a firm in Wimbledon Village.

In September 2014, Aimee joined Girlings and initially worked in the residential conveyancing department. In December 2014 she transferred to the commercial property department.

In her previous position Aimee was the Head of Auctions - sales and purchases, dealing with many of the local auction houses and providing advice for both pre auction and post auction transactions. This position also required her to act on matters relating to bridging finance, which meant working to tight deadlines in order to adhere to completion dates set in the auction contracts.

Aimee’s career has been varied and allowed her to gain experience in a broad spectrum of property related legal matters, including residential sales and purchases, commercial property transactions, commercial leases and matters relating to landlord and tenant in the public sector. In order to achieve clients’ requirements she has negotiated the terms of leases and sale of commercial property units.

  • Residential sales and purchase of both freehold and leasehold properties
  • Lease extensions
