Her experience includes acting for financial institutions, companies and individuals with some focus on contract disputes, banking and professional negligence. She has also been involved with substantial arbitrations, adjudications as well as High Court, County Court and insolvency matters.

Ailsa qualified into the Dispute Resolution department of international Law Firm, Denton Wilde Sapte (now Dentons), where she remained for fifteen years. During this time she was a Senior Associate and her role included heading a Debt Recovery team specialising in volume recovery work, mainly arising out of commercial lending transactions.

Ailsa completed her Legal Practice Course at the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice and was admitted as a Solicitor in 1997 whilst employed by Denton Wilde Sapte. Having taken a career break to raise a family of three children, Ailsa relocated from Buckinghamshire to Kent in 2012 where she has settled in Ashford. Her interests include travelling and being an active member of her sons’ school PTA.
