Ailsa Fairchild

Debt Recovery Manager

What My Clients Have Said

Ailsa Fairchild handled a debt collection case for myself and I have been very impressed with the speed of dealing with my case and handling any queries that I had.  I was particularly impressed with how she overcame any challenging issues that arose and always kept me informed throughout.  I appreciate all that has been done for me and for making my life so much easier, would definitely recommend her to others. We have been trading in our current form since 1948. Over the years we have tried numerous methods to reduce our unpaid invoices, primarily using debt collection agencies. The results were invariably poor to non-existent and did little to recoup monies owed despite us paying fees for the service. Three years ago we decided to ask Girlings Solicitors if they could assist with our debt collection. Since that request the results have been excellent. Our unpaid debt level is at the lowest point in living memory and the fees we pay are so reasonable that our profit margins are barely affected.   A Welch and Sons Ltd

It was extremely important that we deployed the services of someone that was professional but tactful due to the nature of this service. We find Girlings always available, they offer a first class service.  I particularly liked that the Account Manager Ailsa Fairchild was happy to visit our company to learn about our business in the early stage at which point I was able to agree the type of service I required.  Girlings keep us fully up to-date throughout and have so far been successful recovering all debts for us.  Farmura Environmental
