The Government's announcement that England will go into national lockdown from 5 November 2020 will mean that many businesses will unfortunately have to close for at least a month.However, the property market will remain open, and continue to operate under the already strict guidelines and protocols previously introduced.
This means that under these strict guidelines appointments for property viewings and valuations will still be able to go ahead and removal firms, surveyors and tradespeople will still be able to operate.
Kent’s residential property market has been extremely buoyant over the last few months and there are high volumes of sales transactions in the pipeline. These sales will still be able to go ahead as planned.
