Kent Association for the Blind (KAB) has been supporting sight impaired people to live independent lives since 1920. Girlings is delighted to be working in partnership with KAB to make Girlings the ‘go to solicitor’ for people with a visual impairment. Louise Wilson in Girlings' Private Client team is leading on this initiative and our staff have received training from the KAB team.
Birthday wishes to KAB from all the staff at Girlings. We’re delighted to have the opportunity to be involved in the inspirational work you do to help the visually impaired throughout Kent.
Working with Sue Piper, NicolaWood and the rest of the KAB team Girlings is committed to developing further initiatives so that the Firm can offer the best possible customer service to its visually impaired clients.
An invitation from KAB for you to join their 100th Birthday Celebrations on Monday, 22 June 2020
Join Kent Association for the Blind as they celebrate their 100th Birthday on 22nd June 2020. The charity invites you to host a Cup of Tea for KAB event to celebrate its special centenary birthday. You could hold your event at home, and share your cupcakes with your family and neighbours – please make sure that you follow government health and safety and social distancing guidelines if you choose to do this. Alternatively, you could hold your event virtually, and ask your family and friends get involved via a video call. Maybe organise a baking competition to see who can make the best-decorated cake? Make sure you share pictures of your cakes with KAB on its social media with #CUPOFTEAFORKAB.
