Girlings is delighted to welcome conveyancing and property law specialist, Gemma Bath as Partner and Head of Residential Property.
Gemma specialises in the acquisition and disposal of property across the south and has considerable experience dealing with high net worth conveyancing transactions such as country houses and properties on private estates - including purchases up to £10,500,000.00. She has extensive experience of dealing with high profile personalities and complex property transactions.
Originally from Kent, Gemma joins us from a Richmond based law firm having working in Surrey and Greater London for most of her career. Based in Girlings’ Ashford Office, Gemma will lead a team of 18 which works across the Firm’s offices in Ashford, Canterbury and Herne Bay.
