Girlings to Host Free Charity Law Webinar
Event

Securing the Future of Your Charity: Partnerships, Mergers, and Collaboration

Following the success of our previous Charity Law webinar in November 2024, Girlings have organised a repeat session of this event at 4pm on Wednesday 14th May 2025.

Delivered in association with Kent & Medway VCSE Steering Group, Kent County Council, and Kent Community Foundation, the session will be co-hosted by Steve Inett from the VCSE, and will feature a presentation by Consultant Solicitor Caroline Armitage, who is Head of Charity Law at Girlings.

Whether you are a charity Chief Executive, Finance Director, Trustee, or other Third Sector leader, this will be an opportunity to learn more about navigating change and creating partnerships to ensure a sustainable future for your charity.

Following Caroline’s presentation there will be an opportunity to ask questions about any legal points affecting your charity, as well as the chance to book a one-to-one follow up meeting with the webinar host Caroline Armitage. These appointments are fully funded (so free to you) and provide the opportunity for you to discuss a legal question relating to your charity with charity legal expert Caroline.

Registration for the webinar is via the link below:

Previous attendees are welcome to join us again if perhaps the situation in your charity has evolved in the past six months or you would simply like to ask Caroline a question.

Please do also extend this invitation with colleagues or others in your network who may be interested.
