Girlings is very pleased to announce the qualification of two new solicitors. Charlotte Goodwin becomes a Solicitor in Wills, Tax and Estate Administration, while Mathew Blatchford-Horn is now a Solicitor in the Corporate and Commercial Law team.
Charlotte and Mathew have both successfully navigated the training contract path at Girlings, and so arrive at the point of qualification having already gained an excellent understanding of the Firm’s various Business and Personal Law practice areas.
The in-house training process, combined with Charlotte and Mathew’s local roots, mean they continue in the long tradition of nurturing talent that enables Girlings to anticipate, understand, and support the needs of its core client base so effectively.
Jonathan Masucci, Training Principal and Partner in the Corporate and Commercial team at Girlings, said:
“Today marks a significant milestone for Mathew and Charlotte as they embark on their respective careers as newly qualified solicitors.
“Having trained at Girlings we know they are well equipped to take the next steps in their career. We are proud of their achievements and the contribution they have already made at Girlings.
“They have shown their interest in all areas of their work and have both impressed supervisors with their focus, commitment and dedication.
“We are very proud that they will now join our Firm as fully qualified solicitors and wish them every luck as they begin this exciting new chapter.”
Mathew said: “I’m delighted to be qualifying as a solicitor with Girlings and to be continuing my career in the Corporate and Commercial team, where I look forward to building on the relationships with our clients and contributing to the continued success of the department.”
Charlotte said: “It is honestly one of the best days of my life! I have only ever wanted to be a solicitor and now this moment has come I feel so proud of myself, all the hard work was worth it!”
