Girlings’ corporate team has advised the shareholders of M&P Fire Protection Ltd (“M&P”), a Maidstone-based specialist in the installation, maintenance and testing of dry and wet riser systems and commercial and domestic sprinkler systems on the sale of its entire issued share capital to Yorkshire based Premier Technical Services Group Plc (PTSG), the AIM listed niche specialist service provider.
Senior management Paul Atkins and Michael Thackray will continue to lead the M&P team in its future growth and expansion.
