Congratulations to David Redgate, who completed an impressive 54-mile challenge, participating in the Canterbury Bike Ride, raising funds for Girlings Solicitors' corporate charity partner.
Taking on the event alongside around 500 cyclists, on Sunday 19th July, David tackled the route through some of Kent's most picturesque countryside. The ride began and finished at Canterbury Rugby Club, taking participants through the stunning Kent Downs and a series of charming villages renowned for their rolling landscapes and scenic views.
Recent editions of the event have featured routes through areas including the Elham Valley, Wye and the wider Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, offering riders a memorable backdrop to their challenge.
Completing 54 miles is a fantastic achievement and reflects the determination and commitment David brought to the challenge after signing up at very short notice! His effort has helped raise valuable funds for the firm's chosen charity, Kent Neuro Therapy Centre, supporting the important service it provides to its members and their families who are living with neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s, a stroke or multiple sclerosis.
