Charlotte Goodwin, Solicitor in our Wills, Tax and Estate Administration team, delivered a presentation for staff and volunteers of our corporate charity, Holding on Letting Go (HOLG).
Charlotte shared information on the importance of having an up-to-date Will and Lasting Powers of Attorney, highlighting the potential complications that can arise when these essential documents are not in place. She also covered the topic of Inheritance Tax and addressed questions from attendees at the end of the session.
Charlotte received a warm welcome from everyone at HOLG and was kindly presented with flowers in appreciation of her contribution. Debbie McSwiney, clinical lead at HOLG said:
