The successful applicant will manage their own caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions, both sales and purchases, including new builds and help to buy.

We are looking for an experienced legal secretary to join our Commercial Property team based in Canterbury.

The successful applicant will support the partner and wider department by providing a full range of secretarial support including arranging appointments, dealing with client queries, audio typing and preparing correspondence and documentation.

Applicants will have previous experience working in a commercial property department and audio typing using digital dictation.
