Canterbury, Ashford and Herne Bay Full and Part Time opportunities
Calling experienced Legal Secretaries for full and part time opportunities in our Residential and Commercial Property departments. Providing full support to the partner and department, dealing with client queries, preparation of correspondence and documents and assisting with all aspects of sale and purchased transactions. Excellent IT skills, familiarity with using CRM systems (Partner 4 Windows would be an advantage) and audio typing using digital dictation.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full time Tax Assistant to join the rapidly expanding Tax team within the Private Client department in our Canterbury office. You will assist the Tax Manager with a range of administrative tasks including the preparation of Excel spreadsheets, self-assessment tax returns, regulatory filing and tax compliance work. This is an entry level position and includes the potential to study the ATT qualification. We are currently looking for Lawyers to join our busy Commercial Property teams in Ashford and Canterbury. 1-5 years' experience of dealing with commercial property or a mixture of commercial and residential experience, you will be dealing with commercial property sales and purchases, landlord and tenant, freehold and leasehold titles, drafting and negotiating contracts for sale, transfers, leases and agreements for lease, licences, guarantees and legal charges etc. You will also pay an active role in developing new business opportunities for the department through networking and marketing initiatives.
