Girlings Personal Injury Claims Limited are no-win no-fee specialists in personal injury and medical negligence claims, and are based in Canterbury. We are affiliated to Girlings. We can help you recover compensation for injuries sustained in an accident, criminal assault or as a result of medical negligence. "No win, no fee"
If we believe you have more than a 50% chance of winning your claim, and you do not have any legal expenses insurance etc., then we will be happy to discuss acting for you on a "no win, no fee" basis.
Is there any charge?
The short answer is "No"! Providing you co-operate with your claim, you will not have to pay anything at all towards your costs, whether you win or lose. There will be no deductions from your compensation - you keep 100% of your damages.
The only exceptions to this are claims against motorists who cannot be traced, and claims made to the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority for compensation for assault. These are covered by a separate type of "no win, no fee" agreement, which we will be happy to explain to you. For all other types of claim, you pay nothing at all under our "no win, no fee" scheme.
Types of claim
We can claim compensation for you if you have been injured in an accident caused at least partly by someone else's negligence (e.g. road traffic accidents, accidents at work, trips and slips, etc.). For road traffic claims, it is possible to claim even if you do not know the name or address of the driver responsible for the accident. We can also act for you on medical negligence claims, or where you have suffered an injury as a result of an unprovoked crime of violence.
