What do you want your clients to feel when they leave their first meeting? What I want to achieve is that my clients leave that initial meeting with is knowledge, confidence and an understanding of the options that they have available to them. I want to give a sympathetic listening to their particular case, but give advice in language that they can understand. I also think it's important to follow up that meeting with written advice so that clients have something to refer back to in the future. |
